Road Closure - L4244 Froe, Rosscarbery from Monday 24th April to Friday 14th July 2023 to facilitate the installation of a new watermain.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS
Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:

L4244-0, Froe, Rosscarbery, Co. Cork.
Period of Closure
From 08:00hrs on Monday 24th April 2023 to 18:00hrs on Friday 14th July 2023.

Reason for Closure
To facilitate the installation of a new watermain.
Alternative Routes
At the eastern side of closure, take the L-4240 towards Rosscarbery. At Rosscarbery village, take the N71 towards Skibbereen and continue to L-4244 junction.
The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.
Local access will be maintained throughout the duration of the Road Closure.
