Road Closure - L8421 Ardmanagh, Schull from Monday 29th April to Friday 24th May 2024 to facilitate the installation of a new watermain.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:

Road Subject of Closure

L-8421-0, Ardmanagh, Schull, Co. Cork.

Period of Closure

From 08:00hrs on Monday 29^th April 2024 to 18:00hrs on Friday 24^th May 2024.

Reason for Closure

To facilitate the installation of a new watermain.

Alternative Routes

For Schull town centre, head north on the L-8421-0, then onto the L-4410-0 and onto the R-592-85.

The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.

Local access will be maintained throughout the duration of the Road Closure.
