Road Closure - L5308 Ballythomas, Lombardstown, Mallow on Wednesday 17th June 2026 (8am to 6pm) to facilitate Water Connection to New Development.

ROADS ACT, 1993

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:

Road Subject of Closure

L-5308-0 Ballythomas, Lombardstown, Mallow, Co. Cork.

Period of Closure

From 08:00hrs to 18:00hrs (Daily Closure) on Wednesday 17^th June 2026.

Reason for Closure

To facilitate Water Connection to New Development.

Alternative Routes

For east-bound traffic, continue north on L-1201-31 to Blossomfort, turn right to L-1203-14, continue east and turn right to L-5310-29 and continue south return to L-5308-0 at Kilpatrick.

The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.

Local Access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.
