TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:-

L-5380-38 Lyradane, Grenagh, Co Cork

Period of Closure

From 06:00hrs to 20.00hrs (Daily Closure) on Saturday, 11^th July, 2026

Reason for Closure

To facilitate Service Park for Rally at Lyradane Wood

Alternative Routes

Southbound traffic on L-5380-30, turn left to L-6820-0 before turning right to L-6821-0 and keeping right to continue south on L-3821-24 to Grenagh Village. At Grenagh Village continue south on L-2768-21 before turning right to L-2768-0. Continue and turn right to L-2771-0 before turning right to L-2766-27 travelling north to return to L-5380-38.>>

The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.

Local Access will not be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.
