TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:

Road Subject of Closure

L-2200 Killinardish, Carrigadrohid, Macroom, Co. Cork.

Period of Closure

From 19:00hrs to 07:00hrs (Nightly Closure) from Thursday 11^th June 2026 to Friday 12^th June 2026.

Reason for Closure

To facilitate a water connection to a new development.

Alternative Routes

Eastbound traffic: At Larchhill Cross, remain on the L-2201 travelling east to the junction at Souphouse Cross. At Souphouse Cross head north onto the L-6204 and the L-6203 to Killinardrish P.O. Cross, at its junction with the L-2200.

The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.

Local Access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.
