De bhun Alt 75 d'Acht na mBóithre 1993, agus Airteagal 12 de Rialacháin na mBóithre 1994, tugtar fógra leis seo go ndúnfaidh Comhairle Contae Chorcaí an bóthar seo a leanas ar feadh na tréimhse agus ar an gcúis a shonraítear thíos:

Ó 08:00 go dtí 20:00 idir Dé Máirt, an 4 Lúnasa 2026 agus Dé Céadaoin, an 9 Meán Fómhair 2026 (Dúnadh Laethúil).

Chun Oibreacha Athdhromchlaithe Bóthair a éascú.

Bealaí Malartacha

Leanfaidh an trácht atá ag dul i dtreo an deiscirt ag Drom Átháin ar aghaidh ar an R-619 go dtí na Boinn. Cas ar chlé ag na Boinn ar an L-1213-0, lean ar aghaidh i dtreo an iardheiscirt agus cas ar chlé ag Áth an Dalláin chun filleadh ar an L-1214-62.

Tá an bealach atreoraithe a luaitear infheidhme droim ar ais nuair atá tú ag taisteal an treo eile.

Tógfaidh sé thart ar 6 lá chun na hoibreacha a bhaineann leis an dúnadh seo a chur i gcrích agus tabharfar faoi na hoibreacha seo le linn na tréimhse thuas.

Coinneofar Rochtain Áitiúil fad is a bheidh an dúnadh bóthair i bhfeidhm.

ROADS ACT, 1993

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following roads for the period and reason specified below:

Roads Subject of Closure

L-1214-10 & L-1214-38, Nursetown More, Drommahane & Carrigcleena More, Bweeng, Co. Cork.

Period of Closure

From 08.00hrs to 20.00hrs on Tuesday 4^th August 2026 to Wednesday 9^th September 2026 (Daily Closure).

Reason for Closure

To facilitate Road Re-Surfacing Works.

Alternative Routes

South-bound Traffic at Drommahane continue on R-619 to Bweeng. At Bweeng turn left to L-1213-0, continue to south-east and turn left at Ahadallane to return to L-1214-62.

The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.

The works associated with this closure will take approx. 6 days to be completed and these works will be undertaken within the above timeframe.

Local Access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.
