TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:-

L-6089-0 Kilshinihan, Timoleague, Co Cork

Period of Closure

From 07:30hrs to 18.00hrs (Daily Closure) on Monday, 8^th June, 2026 to Friday, 3^rd July, 2026

Reason for Closure

To facilitate installation of 20kV ESB ducting

Alternative Routes

Vehicles travelling West will turn left onto the L-6091-0 & then right onto the L-6090-0, before taking a right onto the R-602.

The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.

Local Access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.
