Road Closure - L8353 Carrigfadda from Monday 29th June to Friday 17th July 2026 to facilitate works to the water main.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:-

L-8353 Carrigfadda, Co. Cork

Period of Closure

From 08:00hrs on Monday, 29^th June, 2026 to 18.00hrs on Friday, 17^th July, 2026 (24hr Closure).

Reason for Closure

To facilitate works to the water main.

Alternative Routes

Divert via L4239 and then onto L8314.

The stated diversion route is applicable to in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.

Local Access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.
