Road Closure - L7634 Lysaghtstown/Ballyrichard Beg Road, Carrigtwohill from Monday 6th to Monday 20th November 2023 to facilitate points and Cable works.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:

Road Subject of Closure

L-7634 Lysaghtstown/Ballyrichard Beg Road, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork.

Period of Closure

From 08:00hrs to 18:00hrs (Daily Closure) on Monday 6^th November 2023 to Monday 20^th November 2023.

Reason for Closure

To facilitate at 4nr points along the L-7634 the installation of an Underground Interconnector Cable associated with Lysaghtstown Solar Farm.

Alternative Routes

Approaching from the East on the Carrigane Road L-3617 continue towards Carrigtohill, at the T junction turn right on to Main Street, Carrigtohill L-3680. Take the next turn right on to Station Road L-3606. Continue Northwards to crossroads with the L-7634.

The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.

Local access will be maintained throughout the duration of the Road Closure.

Ag teacht ón Oirthear ar Bhóthar an Charragáin L-3617, lean ar aghaidh i dtreo Charraig Thuathail. Ag an T-acomhal, cas ar dheis chuig an bPríomhshráid, Carraig Thuathail L-3680. Tóg an chéad chasadh eile ar dheis go Bóthar an Stáisiúin L-3606. Lean ar aghaidh ó thuaidh go dtí an crosbhóthar leis an L-7634.
