Road Closure - L4031 McCurtain Hill, Scartagh, Clonakilty from Monday 12th to Friday 30th June 2023 to facilitate Installation of a New Watermain and Valves.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:-

Road Subject of Closure

L-4031-12 McCurtain Hill, Scartagh, Clonakilty, Co. Cork - from Bay View to Convent of Mercy

Period of Closure

From 08:00hrs on Monday 12^th June, 2023 to 18:00hrs on Friday 30^th June, 2023 (24hr Closure).

Reason for Closure

To facilitate Installation of a New Watermain and Valves.

Alternative Routes

Travelling north turn left and take L-4037, Old Chapel Lane to R588. Turn right and continue to L-8060 junction. Turn right on to L-8060 (ESB Station Road) and travel east to rejoin L-4031. The reverse applies when travelling in the opposite direction.

Local Access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.
