TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS
Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following roads for the period and reason specified below:
Roads Subject of Closure
L-5870-0 and L-58701-0, Ballyvoskillakeen, Fermoy, Co. Cork.
Period of Closure
From 08.00hrs on Monday 13th February 2023 to 18.00hrs on Friday 26th May 2023.

Reason for Closure
To facilitate the Installation of New Watermain.
Alternative Routes
Phase 1: At Ballinahown Cross, travel southwards on L-1512, take the first left at Ballyarthur onto L-5868. Continue to next left, taking L-58681 towards the crossroads at Ballyvoskillakeen.
Phase 2: At the crossroads at Ballyvoskillakeen graveyard, travel southwards on L-58681. Take a left onto L-5868 and continue to the T-junction and take a left onto R639.
The stated diversion routes are applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.
Local access will be maintained throughout the duration of the Road Closure.
