Road Closure - L96003 Ballinoroher, Timoleague from Tuesday 2nd to Tuesday 9th May 2023 to facilitate cattle underpass construction.

ROADS ACT, 1993

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

 

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:

 

Road Subject of Closure

L-96003-1, Cul-De-Sac East, Ballinoroher, Timoleague, Co. Cork.

 

Period of Closure

From 07:00hrs on Tuesday 2^nd of May 2023 to 18:00hrs on Tuesday 9^th May 2023.

(24hr Closure).

 

Reason for Closure

To facilitate cattle underpass construction.

 

Alternative Routes

During the works, the landowner will provide a temporary access route around the works site for emergency vehicles and local access.
