Road Closure - L8320 Derry Road, Rosscarbery from Monday 13th to Friday 24th March 2023 to facilitate the installation of a new watermain.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS
Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following road for the period and reason specified below:
Road Subject of Closure
L8320-0, Derry Road, Rosscarbery, Co. Cork.
Period of Closure
From 08:00hrs on Monday 13th March 2023 to 18:00hrs on Friday 24th March 2023.
(24hr Closure).
Reason for Closure
To facilitate the installation of a new watermain.
Alternative Routes
Continue southwards towards Rosscarbery on the N71. At the N71/R597 junction, take the right onto R597 and continue to L-8320 junction.
The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.
Local access will be maintained throughout the duration of the Road Closure.
