Road Closure - L7854 , L7853 Kilcraheen, Ballymacoda from Tuesday 30th May to Wednesday 30th August 2023 to facilitate the Laying of a Watermain.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council will close the following roads for the period and reason specified below:-

Roads Subject of Closure

L-7854 & L-7853 Kilcraheen, Ballymacoda, Co. Cork.

Period of Closure

From 08:00hrs on Tuesday 30^th May, 2023 to 18:00hrs on Wednesday 30^th August, 2023 (24hr Closure).

Reason for Closure

To facilitate the Laying of a Watermain.

Alternative Routes

Travelling from Aghavine Cross on the L3815 towards Kilcraheen, pass the L-7854 (closed) to the right. At the next t-junction on the R633, turn right for Ladysbridge where you will pass the L-7853 (closed). Take the next road to the right (L-7851) and continue along until the next road on the right (L-7852) which leads back on to the L-7853.

The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.

Local Access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.

Ag an gcéad t-acomhal eile ar an R633, cas ar dheis le haghaidh Droichead na Scuab, áit a rachaidh tú thar an L-7853 (dúnta). Tóg an chéad bhóthar eile ar thaobh na láimhe deise (L-7851) agus lean ar aghaidh go dtí an chéad bhóthar eile ar dheis (L-7852) a thagann ar ais le chéile leis an L-7853.
